Joshua Chaney is a lifelong Kent Island local who takes pride in the place that shaped him. He grew up in this community, graduated from Kent Island High School, and went on to earn his degree from Towson University. Values such as hard work, accountability, and showing up for your neighbors still guide the way he does business today.
After college, Josh felt called to build something of his own. He has always believed that success should be earned, not handed out. That mindset led him into entrepreneurship, where he is focused on growing businesses the right way through consistency, discipline, and genuine service.
Today, Josh is a young entrepreneur driven by the desire to create self made success while giving back to the community that raised him. His goal is not just to build companies, but to build opportunities, raise standards, and prove that with vision and work ethic, you can create your own path.
Maverick
Meet Maverick, our black Labrador and the unofficial mascot of Blue Point Solutions. He spends most of his time supervising from the passenger seat and making sure the day starts with the right energy.
He is not an employee in the traditional sense, but he takes customer relations seriously. If he joins us on a job, you can expect a friendly greeting and a reminder that good service can still feel personal.
While Maverick handles community relations and treat inspections, the real cleaning is left to us. Still, his energy reflects what we stand for. Genuine service, friendly interactions, and pride in what we do.
